NEONSTREAM is an experimental rockquintet, that emerged from the rockband The Vagitamins at the end of 2010, the latter having existed in that formation since autumn 2007.

Keyboard and percussion have been added to the traditional trio guitar, bass and drums.

Free improvisation is the corner stone to every one of the songs. Thus the still (prog-)rock-based but experimental and dense NEONSTREAM-sound, with its side-trips to psychedelic realms, is about exploring the musical limits of the instruments in the footsteps of noise, but also electronic approaches, fearless of stylistic excursion to new musical shores.

Primordial Undermind's newest LP 'Last Worldly Bond' was released on Strange Attractors Audio House in 2011, to rave reviews. Mining the deepest regions of avant-rock for years, PU leader Eric Arn began in the legendary Crystalized Movements (which spawned Magic Hour/Major Stars). Primordial Undermind: from distorted, psychedelic overload to full-blown free/drone rock, like a collision of Amon Duul II with the Psychic Paramount and Bardo Pond. After relocating from Austin,TX to Vienna, Austria, the band released the acclaimed 'Loss of Affect' on Strange Attractors in 2006 and have been touring Europe and the UK regularly. They have previous albums on Emperor Jones, Camera Obscura, and September Gurls.
